As you can tell by my blog, I’m all for at-home workouts. And while I love making up my own, I’m always looking for new fitness classes to try and new routines and exercises. StreamFit.com is a treasure trove of online workouts you can do at home, and the videos are real-time, so you’ll have a trainer doing them right along with you. This week, I’m excited to be able to give one lucky winner three months of unlimited access to StreamFit!

When I started browsing around the site, I was instantly drawn to the Kettlebell Hell workout. It was challenging and I now have ideas for all new torturous exercises to incorporate into my daily routines (pivot goblet squats!).   1. My favorite at home workout would have to be tabata circuits as well as weight training. The addition of weights has helped greatly in toning my muscles rather than just burning calories and fat with cardio alone. Love to feel the burn! =D

  2. This is awesome! Definitely my favorite home workout is this combination of HIIT exercises my friend put together for us to do every Saturday. I’ve incorporated most of them into my general workouts when I do them at home. They include box jumps, planks, running up stairs, push ups, jumping jacks, V-ups, and knee to elbow planks.

    I also really like Nike Training Club workouts. :)

  6. This is awesome! :) I definitely love P90X (the plyo video) and ZuzkaLight’s workouts (HIIT)

  7. I have a toddler and a baby due any second and working out at home during nap time is the best. I like doing Tabata circuits, weight training, and running. I sometimes mix it up with one of Jillian Michaels DVDs.

  8. I love at home workouts! My favorite are circuits without using body weight: I did just buy kettle bells thanks to you’re blog and can’t wait to use them!

  9. Tabata workouts — little or no equipment required, do not need much space and super fun! I also really like Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred.

  10. My favorite workouts are Hiit circuits and intervals. I like bodyrock, zuzka, YOURS, and I take my favorite exercises and make up my own interval workouts as well.

  12. Kettlebells are my favorite workout. Especially swings for a cardio effect.

  14. I love to mix it up but my latest obssessions include, insanity, nike training club and your workouts!!!

  15. My favorite at home workout consists of running 4.5 miles 3x-4x a week, and also doing a full body metabolic workout :) I mix it up so I dont get bored and my body is always guessing what is next :)

  16. I’ve done the following workout in rooms of 6 different countries across 3 continents, from third world rural hostels to exotic beach resorts. I complete each exercise for 12 reps and continue throughout with no rest until the circuit is complete. Rest 1 minute, then repeat for a total of 3-5 circuits.

  18. I love at home workouts. I love Amy Bento’s step challenges (I miss step in the gyms!), Jari Love’s Ripped workouts, and of course, my favorite is INSANITY. :)

    Definitely HEAVY weights and kickboxing. Along with HIIT two times a week and full-body pilates once a week. :)

  20. I usually go to they gym to do my workouts but I bought a kettle ball the other day so I can start doing some workouts at home for the convenience factor. I’m excited to try some of your workouts you have already posted and this new site looks awesome… Definitely signing up for the free trial! Thanks!

  24. I really love Jillian Michaels DVDs. Especially her 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 but I’m am getting a bit tired of these and am not as motivated. I would love to win so I can up my workouts and get motivated again!

  25. I’m a fan of Insanity, P90X, and Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred. On occasion, I’ll even pull out some old school workout videos (on VHS!) and bust out a little Tae Bo or Richard Simmon’s Sweatin’ to the Oldies!

    Living in frigid Canadian temperatures often leaves one to want to stay in snuggled on the couch, but having Jillian Michaels, Youtube Crossfit at home WOD’s and using your workouts really help me stay motivated to workout even when the snow and wind keep me from the gym. Having new workouts to inspire me at home really help me stay focused on my fitness goals!

  29. I absolutely love basic interval workouts: pushups, squats, lunges etc. I held my pit bull as a weight for squats last week :)

    Fav DVD is Kristin McGee: S3 – yoga & pilates 25 min each or combine for a stellar workout.

    I love the 30 day shred. I had my 2nd baby last April, and I’ve also loved Lindsay Brin’s Post Natal Boot Camp. :) good stuff.

  33. I love to incorporate the P90x Plyo video along with HIIT combos for my at home workouts. Sometimes even break out the 8 min abs

  44. I have never stepped foot in a gym so all I do is at home workouts ^_^. I began Insanity so I’m currently doing that. I love plyometric workoust and strength yoga alot though!
