I guess I should cut the Sailor Man some slack—when you’re out at sea for weeks on end, fresh produce is hard to come by. But for today’s juice, we will most definitely not be using canned anything.
- 1 bag of organic baby spinach
- ½ bunch parsley
- ½ cucumber
- 1 pear
- 1 lemon
- 1” ginger root
- Put all ingredients through your juicer.
Did your parents ever use the whole “Don’t you want to be strong like Popeye?!” ploy to get you to eat your spinach as a kid? Mine sure did…with a 0% success rate.
