Sunday Squeeze: Mint Strawberry Grapefruit Juice

Mint Strawberry Grapefruit Juice

This might just be my new favorite fruit juice combo. And I bet it’d make a fantastic cocktail if you poured a little vodka in there…just sayin’.

Along with this duh-licious juice recipe, I wanted to share a little juicing tip my roommate recently told me. If you find that there’s still a lot of moisture left in your pulp, throw it through your juicer a second time. I did that when I made this juice and got an extra ounce or so out of it.Mint Strawberry Grapefruit Juice

  1. Sounds delicious and I like the idea of throwing some vodka in there ;)

  2. What kind of juicer do you use?

    • I have a Breville two-speed juice fountain. It’s definitely not the best juicer out there (there’s usually still a lot of moisture left in my pulp), but it gets the job done for a reasonable price–no complaints! :)
