I’m Now a Certified Personal Trainer!

I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer!Woohoo! I signed up for the course in July, let my textbook collect dust until November, have spent the past month studying, and finally took my CPT exam early this morning. This little piece of paper with the most unflattering ID picture of myself I’ve ever taken on it verifies that I am now officially a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I know I already shared the exciting news on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and via smoke signal, but thought I’d throw up a quick blog post, too. 🙂

I’ve gotten a bunch of questions about why I chose to get certified through NASM and what I thought of the program, so I’ll definitely do a post covering all that good stuff next week. And if you have specific questions about it, leave a comment below and I’ll be sure to answer it in that post as well.

Can’t wait to take the ass kicking on P&I to the next level with my newfound knowledge of physical training!

Have a great weekend, everyone!
