Weekly Workout Challenge Giveaway: Win a Jump Rope, Headphones & Spirulina!

Weekly Workout Challenge Giveaway--complete the workout, win awesome prizes!Alright, you’ve seen the workout, now it’s time to get to the good stuff. Everyone who completes the 15-Minute AMRAP Bodyweight Workout Challenge this week (you have until Sunday at 11:59PM EST), can enter to win:

  • Nike Weighted Jump Rope: I’ve gone through several disappointing jump ropes and have finally found one that I love. It’s only logical I share that love with one of you, right?? This jump rope is easily adjustable to your height (just unscrew the handle and cut), doesn’t tangle or kink, and is super durable. I use mine all the time!
  • 8oz Bag of Spirulina: I recently dedicated a whole post to this nutritional superstar. Spirulina is a great addition to your pantry—add a little to smoothies, juice and even salad dressings and dip.
  • RunPhones: This soft headband has removable speakers embedded in it so that you can listen to music while keeping your ears warm (and, in the summer, keep sweat off your face). It’s super comfortable, the sound is clear and loud enough, and the cord fits most mp3 players/smartphones/etc. Thank you to the awesome folks over at RunPhones for sending me these!

One winner gets all three items.

STEP 1: Do this week’s AMRAP workout by Sunday night.

Full tutorial HERE.

STEP 2: Use the widget below to share your workout results.

Enter by using the widget below to leave a comment with how many rounds and reps you got through. To clarify, everyone who completes the workout has an equal chance of winning—it doesn’t matter if you get through 2 rounds or 20. The important thing is that you push your hardest and keep moving throughout the entire 15 minutes.

You can get additional entries with social following, but that’s all totally optional.

Entries are open to ALL COUNTRIES this week! I (sadly) might not be able to offer this option as the weekly prize packages get larger and heavier, but to start things off, I’ll ship to a winner worldwide.

Can’t wait to see everyone’s results! Like I mentioned this morning, I got through 6 full rounds and 2 burpees into the start of the 7th. Talk about an efficient use of 15 minutes—I was donzo by the time the buzzer went off!

P.S. Anyone who beats my round/reps is officially a cheater and disqualified. 😉

  1. I have problems counting reps and circuits, apparently; so I either completed 7 and 2 back row/knee tucks or 8 and 2 back row/knee tucks. I finished totally covered in carpet fuzz.

    • Either way, you killed it! I have the same problem with keeping track of rounds/reps–I’ll usually keep a pen and paper nearby and make a tally mark after each round. 🙂

    • The one time kids leaving junk out helped me with this one…. their crayon bucket was left on the LR floor near my mat so right before I hopped up from my (what I’m calling) fish flops I pulled a crayon out of the bucket and tossed it on the floor.

  2. I only completed four rounds, but I’m hoping all of these weekly workout challenges will improve that number!

  98. Katrina C says:

I am the worst at counting reps and rounds so it was either 4 rounds with 3 burpees or 5 rounds with 3 burpees. I’m thinking most likely 4, I was definitely feeling it! Love the sweaty mess I was after only 15 minutes. Plus I’m pretty sure I was very entertaining to the people on the bikes at the gym where I completed this workout!

    • Haha my roommate walked into the house as I was rolling around on the floor in the middle of the crunch-rows and she had a good laugh 🙂

  99. Erin from Long Island says:

booooo, i had coordination issues at first nd only did 4 rounds =( But I did run a mile before, and did pushups with the burpees (between the tuck and the jump) To me, burpees aren’t right without a push up!

    only 2

  105. 5 rounds + 4 reps. I love a good amrap!

  106. Jessica Whitehouse says:

I don’t normally exercise like this. I’m more into walking, hauling groceries, and chasing kids. I usually make a full mile walk (pushing a stroller) every day. I tried this, and only managed 1.5 rounds and am totally exhausted. Must try harder next time.

  107. Short on time so only one round.. but I did it! 🙂

  108. I got through 6 rounds, and then 6 burpees! Great work out, thanks Nicole!

  109. I got through two rounds.
