Ensō Muscle Roller from EvoFit

Enso Muscle RollerI had been wanting to start foam rolling ever since finishing the NASM CPT course (they emphasize SMR a lot), and was pumped when EvoFit sent me their Ensō muscle roller. The Ensō is different from a standard foam roller in that it’s made up of several sliding disks on a central rod. You can rearrange the disks depending on the body part you want to roll out and the desired intensity. Using just a couple disks spaced wide apart, for example, is going to give you that hurts-so-good roll, while pushing a bunch of disks together into a solid cylinder is going to be gentler.

After a couple weeks of playing around with it, I fully understand what all the foam roll hype is about. I think I’m addicted to rolling out my muscles. It feels soooo good.

Balance Ball Chair Kit from Gaiam

Gaiam Balance Ball Chair KitI’m so excited for one of you to win this balance ball chair kit! Gaiam sent me one and I’ve been using it as my desk chair for a month now and loving it. Prior to owning this, I was using just a regular stability ball as a desk chair and I found that after long periods of sitting, I would really wish I had a backrest. Boom. Problem solved.

This chair kit also comes with a resistance band, extra stability ball, workout DVDs and an air pump. I found you can actually thread the resistance band underneath your chair to do shoulder presses and other arm work while seated.

This kit is perfect for at home or to bring with you to the office for a healthier nine-to-five. And because the ball is removable, you can also use the stability ball on its own during workouts.

Gymboss Interval Timer in White

Last week I gave away a timer in gold, and luckily for you, Gymboss has another new color as well! This week, the winner will get a timer in white. These are great for doing any type of interval workout and can also be customized to countdown for AMRAP workouts. I use mine all the time!

Rosehip Oil

Rosehip Seed Oil -- health benefits and skincare usesI recently dedicated an entire post to the health benefits and many uses of rosehip oil. It’s been my favorite natural beauty product lately and this week’s winner will get their own bottle from Mountain Rose Herbs (the organic provider I use).

Kettlebell (Weight of Your Choice)

It’s no secret I love kettlebell workouts, and it’s time to spread that love! Whether it’s your first kettlebell or you’ll be adding to your current home gym collection, you can pick whatever weight you’d like.

$50 Whole Foods Gift Card

Granted, with Whole Foods prices, $50 will buy you one organic pickle, but still—everyone could use a little break with their weekly grocery bill. If you win and don’t have a Whole Foods near you, just let me know—we’ll figure something else out.

You have until 11:59PM Sunday (EST) to enter. Can’t wait to see how you all do with this workout! And a big congrats to Caitlin Marie Collins for winning last week’s prize package!
