I am snowed-in in Boston and was actually going to ask you about a no noise workout (live on the third floor of a triple decker, I’m pretty sure my landlady would call the police if I started jumping around). hope you are enjoying summer in Oz, I’m sure there will still be lots of snow waiting for you when you get back.
