After reading several books and reports about the benefits of cutting dairy out of your diet, I tried a little experiment and went dairy-free for 30 days (read more about it HERE). It was amazing–my skin cleared up, I was less bloated, I felt great. While I don’t know if I’ll ever totally cut cheese and ice cream from my diet, I include MUCH less dairy in my meals, and have a quickly growing collection of healthy, dairy-free recipes.
