AMRAP Workouts

AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible. In these workouts, you’ll set a timer for a fixed amount of time and go through the sequence as many times as you can.

  1. Hmmm….just joined this diet bet but it looks like the exercises are geared to this group. I just joined the Y a few weeks ago and go there to use the treadmill, swim, play pickle ball. So I guess my workouts won’t fit into the plans for this diet bet?

    • Any and all workouts are perfect for the DietBet! As a fun added bonus, I’m going to be posting AMRAP workout challenges, but these are totally optional. Whatever forms of exercise you enjoy and want to do regularly is what you should focus on. 🙂
