Most of my full-body workouts incorporate lower body exercises, but these ones specifically target the butt and legs. These lower body workouts are organized chronologically (newest first).     Would very much like to look up stuff by name for example…i’d like to enter “curtsey lunge” and that pop up. Would save a lot of time. THanks.

    • There’s a search bar in the right sidebar you can use to find exercises. I’m also working on creating more of an exercise library that will REALLY help with this!
