Most of my full-body workouts incorporate lower body exercises, but these ones specifically target the legs and glutes. These lower body workouts are organized chronologically (newest first). With the exception of the oldest ones, all include a video that you can follow. Make sure to subscribe to me on YouTube so you never miss one!     Would very much like to look up stuff by name for example…i’d like to enter “curtsey lunge” and that pop up. Would save a lot of time. THanks.

    • There’s a search bar in the right sidebar you can use to find exercises. I’m also working on creating more of an exercise library that will REALLY help with this!
