Superset Workouts

When performing a superset, you do two exercises back-to-back with no rest in between. A superset can either target the same muscle group, with one exercise being a traditional strength move and the second adding an element of instability or dynamic motion; or the two exercises can work antagonist muscles. Supersets are a great training method!
