Superset Workouts

When performing a superset, you do two exercises back-to-back with no rest in between. A superset can either target the same muscle group, with one exercise being a traditional strength move and the second adding an element of instability or dynamic motion; or the two exercises can work antagonist muscles. Superset workouts are a great training method!

Tabata Superset Workouts

While not technically a superset because you rest between the two exercises, I’ll refer to my tabata workouts that alternate between two moves as “tabata supersets”. These are organized chronologically below. If you want to browse all my tabata workouts (superset and otherwise), head to this page.
