		<description><![CDATA[Exactly! You finish the 6 rounds of 40 sec of work 20 sec of rest for one exercise before moving onto the second exercise. So it&#039;s 6 rounds of kettlebell swings, then 6 rounds of power wheel tucks, and so on until you&#039;ve done all the exercises. Hope that helps!]]></description>
