		<description><![CDATA[Hi there! I use a 6-lb medicine ball and I think that&#039;d be a great weight to start with. I use various kettlebell weights (and make sure to indicate which I use for each exercise in the workouts I post), but I would suggest starting out swinging a 15 or 20-lb bell and adjusting from there.
