		<description><![CDATA[I can definitely make a kettlebell workout to target your abs! I&#039;ll try to post one in the next month. I switch up my workout schedule all the time, but in general, do workouts like this about 4 times a week (in addition to running, Pilates and spinning classes). Hope that helps!]]></description>
