I actually thought people ate it alive, so I&#039;m glad to hear it&#039;s dried and powdered. Well thanks for the info, I think I&#039;ll try it!]]></description>

If you add too much to smoothies, it will taste a little bitter--but other than that, all positives! :) I have read that those with PKU should be careful consuming it, but that seems to be only precaution I&#039;ve seen.]]></description>
