My tendencies are to work too much for my fitness level, so when my body hurts, or when I feel tired or bloated the next day, I take it easy. The strategy seems to have worked pretty well so far - I&#039;ve only gotten stronger and run faster. It usually only comes out to one rest day and maybe another &quot;easy&quot; day per week.]]></description>
