That happened to me the first time (but oddly not when I stirred it) and after a minute of processing it went back to the smooth consistency.

I stirred it in like you said but it still made my butter lose it’s smooth spreadable consistency. Any clue what I did wrong? This is my first time trying to make my own nut butter.

Process 1 cup almonds (if both cups won’t fit), remove the almond butter, and then do the second cup. Mix in the honey and vanilla at the end. :)
