On this page you’ll find all the slider workouts I’ve posted throughout the years. They’re organized chronologically, newest first. With the exception of the oldest ones, all include a follow-along video. Slider videos are also all organized in this YouTube playlist. I love sliding exercises because they’re low-impact, but challenging.

You can buy a set of sliders for about $10 on Amazon. Lots of household items could be used, too! If you have hardwood floors, a dish towel will work perfectly (or just wear a thick sock). If you have carpeted floors, try books, DVD cases or overturned frisbees (sounds weird but works well!).
