I’ve got a wide array of dairy-free recipes for you! Years ago, I tried a little experiment and went dairy-free for 30 days (read more about it HERE). It was amazing—my skin cleared up, I was less bloated, I felt great. After the 30 days was up, I didn’t totally cut cheese and ice cream from my diet, but I started consuming MUCH less dairy.
