Kettlebells are my favorite piece of workout equipment. Take these kettlebell workouts with you to the gym or, if you own your own, do them at home. I indicate the weights I use for each exercise, but you should adjust this to fit your current level of fitness.

Hey Nicole! I want to do more with the kettle bell, but don’t feel totally confident. I am a CPT, and was wondering if you took classes, got a cert, or did you do the research and practice on your own? Love your creative kb workouts and want to jump in and even pay it forward. Thanks girl!
I took group classes and then practiced/researched on my own, but I DEFINITELY want to get some sort of formal training/certification as well because I have a lot to learn. Even just looking back at some of the first kettlebell workouts I posted to the blog, I see some major form errors in my pictures haha
Hi, I was wondering what you would suggest if one was new to kettle ball? Do you have a workout that is beginner friendly or should I go elsewhere first?
Thank you!
It’s really helpful to have a trainer or instructor in the room with you the first couple times you workout with kettle bells. I’d also suggest starting with a weight lighter than you think you can do just to get used to the weight distribution of the bell. 🙂
Q: I have balance problems ( I use a walker ). How can you use it in a sitting are laying on the floor manner and still get results ?
There are certain exercises that you could definitely do seated or laying on the floor (overhead press, half get-ups, etc.). Those are, however, the exercises that could also be done using a traditional dumbbell so it may not be necessary to purchase the kettlebell. Hope that’s helpful! Let me know if you have other questions. 🙂
Thank you so much for sharing your workouts! It has been a while since I have been motivated to workout again, but these seem super bearable and are really encouraging me to get back out there!
