In deck of cards workouts, each suit will be assigned a different exercise. You’ll go through the deck, flipping over one card at a time, and the number on each card indicates how many reps of that exercise you’ll do. Face cards = 10 and aces = 11.
The most recent ones (these are organized chronologically) have follow-along or preview videos included. The older ones have detailed pictorials so you know exactly what to do. Some of these deck of cards workouts can take a solid 30-45+ minutes to complete. If you’re newer to working out, you might opt to just do half the deck to start.

Most Popular Deck of Cards Workouts
Not sure where to start? These are the most popular deck of cards workouts from the above gallery.
- 50-Min Deck of Cards Workout – Now this could take you longer or shorter than 50 minutes, but if you follow along with the video, it took me a solid 50. You’ll just need a single weight.
- Tough DOC Workout – Not that the previous one isn’t tough as well! If you want a shorter workout, just do half the deck of this one.
- DOC Slider Workout – No follow-along video for this one, but you’ll get a short video preview of each exercise.
