Studio Pumps is made up of 45-minute workouts with a group fitness class feel, that you can do at home or bring with you to the gym. They include a guided warm up, cool down, and modifications are demonstrated throughout the video.
Since Studio Pumps is still in its infancy, there’s currently only one class pack available: Circuit + Tabata. Eventually though, there’ll be lots of class packs to choose from with varying equipment requirements and structures.
A class pack comes with five workouts that all use the same structure and equipment, but completely different exercises. So think of it like your favorite group fitness class: You know what to expect each week from the format, but the workout is always varying.
The first workout of the set is released for free on YouTube so you can give it a try. If you love it and have the equipment needed, you can purchase the whole class pack for $30.
Your purchase includes:
- Two versions of each of the five workout videos (you can stream or download). One version has background music and the other version is just the instructor (me) talking so that you can listen to your own playlist if desired.
- Private links to access the videos via YouTube. If you don’t want to download the Gumroad app to your phone, this will allow you to easily access the workouts on a platform you know and love—YouTube! You can also stream to your smart tv this way. The YouTube videos are unlisted and private so you’ll need the links to access them.
- Printable PDF guides of each workout with pictures and text in case you want to do them without the video.

Circuit + Tabata
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Set of medium dumbbells + a resistance band loop

The five Circuit + Tabata workouts are split in half. The first half focuses on lower body and the second half focuses on upper body and core. Within each half, you’ll complete three rounds of a circuit and then finish with a tabata. Guided warm up and cool down are included.
One of the great things about this class pack is that you can mix and match parts of the five workouts to get even more routines. Loved the lower body section from Video #1 and the core work from Video #5? Skip around to get the exact workout you want. You’ll notice that in some videos we use the resistance band for all of the leg circuit while some we only use it for arms or maybe just for the lower body tabata—it varies workout to workout. So if you want a resistance-band-heavy routine, just skip around among the videos to get it.
And because the workouts are split in half with lower body and then upper body/core, you can easily customize if you prefer to train by muscle group (leg day, arm day, core day, etc). Maybe you do the lower body portions from two videos for your leg day and skip the upper body/core sections.
Don’t have time for a full 45-minute video? Again, mix ‘n match. Maybe you just do the circuits and skip the tabatas or vice versa. These workouts are purposefully designed so that they are a tough full-body workout or effective when done as their individual parts.
One note about sound: For a couple brief moments, I had a mic issue and needed to use the audio from our backup camera. In total it’s like 6 minutes out of 4 hours of video so not a big deal, but I wanted to give you the heads up.
What You’re Saying …
“I purchased your Studio Pumps class pack last week and just finished all five classes and I LOVE IT. It’s one of the best workouts I have tried. I am an intermediate exerciser and work out consistently in my basement. I wasn’t sure if it would be too easy. Was happy with how challenging but scalable the workouts are. I was drenched in sweat after each class. Looking forward to what else yo do! Love the class structure, it is my jam!”
“So finally did this workout tonight. Ummm this should come with a “Caution: Wet Floor” sign because girl, I was a sweaty mess. On the real, loved this and highly recommend! Great full body workouts are hard to come by, and this one was amazing.”
