AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible. In these AMRAP workouts, you’ll set a timer for a fixed amount of time and go through the sequence of exercises as many times as you can. All the newer workouts have follow-along videos to go with them. Subscribe to my YouTube channel so you never miss one!
In many of the below workouts, the routine is broken up into mini AMRAPs with recovery periods in between them. So don’t feel intimidated—you’re not pushing at max effort for the entire duration of the workout. 🙂

Best AMRAP Workouts
Not sure where to start? Here are the most popular workouts from the above gallery:
- Bodyweight AMRAP Workout – This is a total body workout that requires no equipment. It’s broken up into 4-min long mini AMRAPs, in which you alternate between two exercises at a time. If you like the structure, there’s a lower body version and an upper body & core version.

Hmmm….just joined this diet bet but it looks like the exercises are geared to this group. I just joined the Y a few weeks ago and go there to use the treadmill, swim, play pickle ball. So I guess my workouts won’t fit into the plans for this diet bet?
Any and all workouts are perfect for the DietBet! As a fun added bonus, I’m going to be posting AMRAP workout challenges, but these are totally optional. Whatever forms of exercise you enjoy and want to do regularly is what you should focus on. 🙂
Do you have any workouts using the Pilates reformer? I recently purchased one for my home and know the basics but would like to do some of the exercises I see you posting on insta stories.
Thanks, love your site and stories.

Hi Misty! I don’t have any workouts using the reformer on this site but I’m actually in the processes of filming classes at the studio I teach at in Boston (Btone Fitness). I’m pretty sure they’ll be published to Btone’s YouTube channel but I’ll be sure to announce it on the blog when things are finalized so you know where to find them! 🙂
