Im to skinny do to chrons. Need to gain. Its hard and i cant stand to look at myself. My doctor always said you will neverget over 110. When i sit my bones hurt. Im 47 not getting any younger. I need a healthy way to gain. Cant take iron and cant have dairy products red meat spicy food and i dont eat anything that came out of t.he ocean. If i gain to fast im in the hospital. Help
Hi Denise, I’m so sorry to hear about your health issues. I’m not an RD or doctor so I don’t think I’m the right person to provide the help you’re looking for. Strength training can be great for gains, but only in conjunction with the right diet, and I’m not sure what that’d be with chrons. Wish I could be of more help–sending well wishes your way!
